Deep Tissue Massage
The purpose of a deep tissue massage is to release the muscle fibres that have become “stuck”, remove toxins, and encourage blood to circulate again. With a deep tissue massage, different techniques are used to work beyond the superficial muscles, usually in a specific area.

Blended Aromatherapy Massage
A combination of specialised massage techniques and the fragrant, therapeutic oils extracted from plants. Depending on the blend you choose, you can relax, uplift, or stimulate your skin, body, and senses.
The massage can significantly improve the health of your skin, reduce stretch marks, improve elasticity and help heal scar tissue. It can also have positive effects on the circulatory system, benefit the immune system and strengthen the body’s defences.

Indian Head Massage
This type of therapy has been performed in India for over 3,000 years. It can be performed over your clothes if you prefer. The upper back, arms, head, neck and face are massaged using a range of techniques, with or without oil.

Aroma Facial
Choose the blended aromatherapy oil for your treatment, then breathe in its scent as you sit back, relax, and let all your stress drift away during your Aroma Facial. This massage helps promote healthy skin whilst relaxing your facial muscles. It has a relaxing and rejuvenating effect, helping you look and feel better.
A beautiful Made for Life Organics cleansing balm is gently applied to your face. After your skin is cleansed, an organic exfoliator will follow to smooth your skin’s surface: sloughing off any dry or flaky cells and helping to even out your skin texture.

Your facial massage follows, using the blended aromatherapy oil you chose.
If you wish, you can also choose to have either hot or cold stones incorporated into your treatment.

Zone Therapy
A foot treatment procedure using Reflexology techniques to treat the physical, mental, and emotional needs of your body. It starts with a warm-up massage of your feet. Then, by stimulating the nerves in your feet, they signal your brain to trigger a change in the corresponding area.
Included in the price, you can choose to have a natural beeswax balm or a Made For Life Organics Soothe and Smooth Foot Balm incorporated into your treatment.
The treatment will help rebalance your body, promote a sense of calm and well-being, and reduce anxiety and stress.

Pregnancy Massages
Pregnancy and expecting a baby are among the most exciting times of your life, and it is so important to take great care of yourself whilst pregnant. I hold the White Rose College Centre of Expertise Certificate to deliver a pregnancy massage treatment, so you can rest assured that you will receive the very best of care from me.
The massage will be performed on my massage couch, using pillows for support, to ensure you are in a comfortable position and relaxed.
