For all who like to spend quality time together with family or friends, my Spa @ Home collection offers a selection of 30-minute treatments all done in the comfort of your home. All the treatments are focused on relaxation and improving well-being and health. Have a special day or evening together while taking care of yourself and your loved ones!

The Power Of Touch
Unwind, de-stress and allow calm and well-being to take over your mind and body while you receive a treatment and drift away into deep relaxation. Each treatment takes approximately 30 minutes.

For a Spa @ Home visit you and your friends need to choose a total of at least 4 treatments from the Spa @ Home menu below when you contact me to book.
Please note:

Please make sure you have somewhere easily accessible — ideally on the ground floor — with sufficient space for my massage bed and for me to work around it.

And because of ever-increasing fuel costs, I’ll need to make a small additional charge of £5 for Spa @ Home visits over 5 miles away from my location in Ingleby Barwick.

Indian Head Massage
This therapy can be performed over your clothes if you prefer and is a practice that has been performed in India for over 3,000 years. The upper back, arms, head, neck and face are massaged using a range of techniques, with or without oil.

Blended Aromatherapy Massage
Back, Neck and Shoulders
A combination of specialised massage techniques and the fragrant, therapeutic oils extracted from plants. Depending on the blend you choose you can relax or uplift or stimulate your skin, body and senses.
The massage can greatly improve health of your skin, reduce stretch marks, improve elasticity and help heal scar tissue. It can also have positive effects on the circulatory system, benefit the immune system and strengthen the body’s defence systems.

Facial Massage
This massage helps promote a healthy skin whilst relaxing your facial muscles. It has a relaxing and rejuvenating effect helping you to look and feel better. returning natural balance to your skin.
A beautiful Made For Life Organics Cleansing Balm is gently applied to your face followed by an organic exfoliator to smooth your skin’s surface. Your facial then continues using the blended aromatherapy oil you have selected.

Hands and Arms
Hands and arms are soothed and nurtured with a caring massage using enriching and moisturising Made for Life Organics Soft Touch Intensive Hand Balm containing sweet orange, lavender, rose, geranium and beeswax to soften, soothe and protect.
This is followed with Made for Life Organics nourishing nail and cuticle oil to strengthen your nails and moisturise the surrounding skin.

Legs and Feet
Refresh tired, aching legs and feet with a soothing leg and foot massage using a Made for Life Organics botanical leg and foot balm, containing cooling peppermint and calming lavender which will soften and nourish your skin.
This is followed with Made for Life Organics nourishing nail and cuticle oil to strengthen your nails and moisturise the surrounding skin.

Zone Therapy
A foot treatment procedure using Reflexology techniques to treat the physical, mental, and emotional needs of your body. It starts with a warm-up massage of your feet. Then, using a special massage of the nerves located on your feet, nerves located there signal your brain to bring about change in the corresponding area.
Included in the price you can choose to have a natural beeswax balm, or a Made For Life Organics Soothe and Smooth Foot Balm, incorporated into your treatment.
The treatment will help to rebalance your body and promote a sense of calm, well-being and help reduce anxiety and stress.

Consultation Forms
If you or any of your friends/family would like a massage during a Spa @ Home session but aren’t yet one of my clients, you will need to complete a consultation form before your treatment. Remember to highlight if you have any allergies.

Cancer, Chemotherapy or Radiotherapy
If you have had, or are currently undergoing treatments for, cancer please inform me. I am qualified in Cancer Touch Therapy and I’m able to offer treatments to clients at all stages of cancer without the requirement of a letter from your GP.
