Reiki Practioner

I’m delighted to share that I’ve achieved my Reiki Practitioner status!

Over the past couple of years, I’ve been quietly continuing my Reiki training and practice in the background. I received my First Degree Reiki in the Usui system of natural healing in February 2023, and went on to achieve my Second Degree Reiki in March 2025.

If you’re not familiar with it, Reiki is a Japanese technique for relaxation and stress reduction that also promotes healing. It’s based on the idea that a universal life force energy flows through all of us — something that connects every living being. We are all born with the wisdom and instinct to heal, just as our ancestors did through their own inner understanding.

I’m very much looking forward to offering Reiki treatments to my existing and new clients. My focus has always been on your well-being, and I believe that Reiki offers another gentle, natural pathway to relaxation, balance, and improved health.
